What happens when you receive an award letter for Federal Pell Grant and already have a Full Scholarship?
indonev asked: ROTC already pays for my college fees, except summer. I have a letter yesterday saying I have a Federal Pell Grant of $4,731 total ($2366 fall 1 & $2365 for fall 2, 2008).
